Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Recruitment, interviewing, hiring, reviewing, disciplining, and terminating employees.
• Establishment of work schedules and monitoring the daily flow of the hospital to ensure smooth operation and consistency.
• Mediation of interpersonal disputes and reinforcement of the team culture of the practice.
• Positively representing the hospital in the professional community and to the general public.
• Identifying and addressing issues with the veterinary software with a strong IT foundation to support improved efficiency.

Salary and Benefits

Salary position between $70,000 – $90,000 dependent on experience.
