Job summary

Companion Skokie, just north of Chicago, AAHA-accredited veterinary hospital, seeks a Hospital Manager to lead operations, finances, and team growth within a supportive network.

You will cultivate a healthy culture, guide onboarding and coaching, own the P&L, oversee recruiting, and ensure exceptional client and patient care across a busy, small-animal practice.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing a P&L with a track record of driving results.
• Experience recruiting, interviewing, and building high-quality teams.
• Strong leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Veterinary, medical, or customer-focused leadership preferred.
