Job summary

Appalachian Animal Clinic in Cleveland, TN seeks an experienced Hospital Manager to lead a dedicated veterinary team and drive patient care excellence. You will manage the hospital’s operations, including staffing, finances, and client service, with a focus on ongoing professional development and culture.

You will collaborate with clinicians to ensure top-tier care across dogs, cats, exotic and pocket pets, while supporting growth and community engagement in Cleveland and Bradley County.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience managing a P&L, with a track record of driving results.
  • Successful background in recruiting, interviewing, and building high-quality teams.
  • Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to foster a positive, high-performing culture.
  • Strong communication and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Previous management experience in a veterinary, medical, or customer-focused retail environment is required.
