Job summary

Jupiter Medical Center in Palm Beach County, FL, seeks a Maintenance Mechanic II to join our hospital facilities team. You'll work with entry level and more experienced staff, troubleshoot air handlers, exhaust fans, and heat coils, and contribute to a safe, efficient environment.

Ideal candidates have 1-3 years of maintenance experience; high school diploma or equivalent, and preferably hospital or industrial experience.

Qualifications

• 1-3 year of maintenance experience.
• Experience in hospital or industrial setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with air handlers, exhaust fans, and in room heat coils. Seek input from more experienced maintenance mechanics when need assistance with resolving issues.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Adhere to all JMC policies and procedures.
• Follow all safety requirements.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
