Vandalia Health’s Grafton City Hospital is seeking a Maintenance Specialist in Building Operations & Maintenance. The role under supervision handles complex repairs of electrical, HVAC, mechanical and plumbing systems across the health system.

Responsibilities include electrical work per NEC, HVAC inspection, mechanical and plumbing maintenance, reading blueprints, and general tasks. Requires at least three years of related experience and WV licenses. Full-time, 1.0, in Grafton, WV.

Qualifications

• Three years of related maintenance experience preferred.
• Must hold WV Journeyman/Master Electrician license.
• EPA Universal Certification.
• WV HVAC Technician license.
• WV Journeyman/Master Plumbing license.

Responsibilities

• Electrical: maintain, repair and install electrical systems per NEC and codes.
• HVAC: inspect, maintain, repair and install HVAC equipment.
• Mechanical: monitor and repair boilers, chillers, generators and related systems.
• Plumbing: maintain facility plumbing, fittings and valves; repair fixtures.
• General: work independently or with a team; perform assorted maintenance tasks.
