The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of related maintenance experience, strong communication, a valid driver's license, and familiarity with Building Automation Systems and computerized work orders.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of related maintenance experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to follow up on maintenance tasks.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshooting equipment sets, replacing plumbing fixtures, rodding drains and pipes, identifying and stopping leaks, rebuilding flush valves.
• Supervising and adjusting the building automation system for patient/staff comfort.
• Generator testing and inspections, replacing light fixtures/ bulbs, ceiling tiles, responding to building issues.
