Vibra Healthcare, LLC. is seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our hospital team in Abliene, TX.

This full-time role focuses on delivering high-quality nursing care under the supervision of an RN or physician, ensuring patient comfort, safety, and well‑being. Qualifications include a current, active LPN license in the State of North Carolina, at least 1 year of recent hospital experience, and BLS certification.

Qualifications

• Current, active LPN license in the State of North Carolina.
• Minimum of 1 year of recent hospital experience.
• Current BLS certification (American Heart Association or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct patient care under the supervision of an RN or physician.
• Perform patient assessments and document observations and interventions accurately.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor patient responses to treatments and report any changes to the RN or physician.
• Assist with admissions, discharges, and transfers.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to plan and implement patient care.
• Provide patient and family education and emotional support.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic health record (EHR).
• Uphold infection control and safety standards at all times.
