• Follow precise instructions for folding and counting correct pieces.
• One year sewing experience required (sewing room only).

Responsibilities

• Assembles racks of clean linen.
• Distributes clean linen to area clinics using linen baskets.
• Takes orders for linen from personnel by phone or units.
• Picks up soiled linen from clinics using linen baskets.
• Sorts linen for washing and inspects pieces for damage.
• Folds and stocks linen and uniforms in proper racks and carts.
• Performs linen return and re-assembly calculations for next delivery.
