Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Collect and transport soiled linens from patient care units following infection control procedures.
• Sort, load, and process linens through washing, drying, and finishing equipment.
• Deliver clean linens to units and stock storage areas; rotate inventory.
• Inspect linens for damage or contamination and remove items from circulation as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and safe operation of laundry equipment and work areas; report safety concerns.
• Document linen quantities, deliveries, and usage to support inventory control.
