NOVO Health Services is seeking a dependable, customer-focused Off-Site Linen Distribution Technician to support linen distribution at Northside Hospital Forsyth in Cumming, GA. The role handles distribution of clean linen, soiled linen collection, inventory management, and exceptional service to hospital staff and patients.

The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, able to work independently, and committed to safety and infection control in a fast-paced healthcare setting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years in healthcare, manufacturing, logistics, distribution, hospitality, or related service environment preferred.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Transport clean linen to designated locations using covered carts.
• Collect soiled linen and transport to collection points.
• Verify quantities and ensure accurate delivery and distribution.
• Conduct linen inventories as required.
• Address customer concerns and resolve issues professionally.
• Communicate client needs and quality issues to management promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety standards of the department.
• Assist with data entry and required documentation.
