Job summary

NOVO Health Services is seeking a dependable Off-Site Linen Distribution Technician to support linen distribution operations at Northside Hospital Forsyth in Cumming, GA. The role includes distribution of clean linen, removal of soiled linen, inventory control, and delivering excellent customer service to hospital staff and patients.

The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, able to work independently, and committed to safety and quality in a fast-paced healthcare setting.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required.
1–2 years in healthcare, manufacturing, logistics, distribution, hospitality, or related service preferred.
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills; excellent verbal communication.
Ability to work independently and make sound decisions; positive, teamwork oriented.
Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and overtime.

Responsibilities

Transport clean linen to designated hospital locations.
Collect soiled linen and transport to collection points.
Verify linen quantities and ensure accurate delivery.
Conduct linen inventories as required.
Address customer concerns professionally and communicate needs to management.
Develop and maintain positive customer relationships through outstanding service.
Maintain department cleanliness, organization, and safety standards.
Adhere to safety/infection control standards and regulatory procedures.
