Virginia Beach Healthcare & Rehabilitation Center is seeking a Hospital Liaison to join our marketing team in Virginia Beach, VA. You will cultivate relationships with hospitals and other providers to generate referrals and promote our rehabilitation services.

Ideal candidates will have a related bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience), marketing or liaison experience, and must be able to travel with a personal vehicle. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience preferred.
• Hospital liaison/marketing experience preferred.
• Must have own vehicle and ability to travel as needed.
• Flexible to respond to referrals during off-peak hours as needed.
• Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication, and organizational skills.

Responsabilités

• Meet or exceed targeted monthly inquiry and census budget goals.
• Develop and maintain a positive professional relationship with assigned referral sources.
• Educate acute care providers and other referral sources about facility services, accreditations, awards, clinical capabilities, and admissions.
• Understand and use positive trend analysis when meeting with hospital referral sources and prospective residents and responsible parties.
• Participate in weekly marketing meetings and other meetings as required.
• Submit weekly/monthly activity tracking and expense reports as required.
• Identify barriers to census development and present solutions at marketing meetings.

We are seeking a highly motivated and professional Hospital Liaison to join our marketing team. As a Hospital Liaison at Virginia Beach Healthcare & Rehabilitation Center, you will play a crucial role in promoting our facility's services and building strong relationships with local hospitals and healthcare providers.

About the Role:

As a Hospital Liaison, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining positive professional relationships with assigned referral sources, including hospitals, physicians' offices, and other healthcare providers. Your primary goal will be to gain viable referrals for admission and promote our facility's services, including our state‑of‑the‑art rehabilitation gym and specialized programs.

Responsibilities:

• Meet or exceed targeted monthly inquiry and census budget goals
• Develop and maintain a positive professional relationship with assigned referral sources
• Educate Acute Care Providers and other referral sources about our facility services, accreditations, awards, recognitions, clinical capabilities, specialty programs, and desired type of admissions
• Understand and use positive trend analysis when meeting with hospital referral sources and prospective residents and responsible parties
• Participate in weekly marketing meetings and other meetings as required
• Submit weekly/monthly activity tracking and expense reports as required
• Identify barriers to census development and bring them to the marketing meetings for discussion along with proposed solutions
