Job summary

Saber Community Support and Development Office seeks a Hospital Liaison to support hospital accounts through public relations, marketing, and revenue generation. You will identify referrals, maintain market presence, and ensure excellent customer service to meet the Community’s objectives.

The role requires a healthcare background, two+ years in healthcare, and strong sales/marketing capabilities in post-acute care. Salary is $85,000–$95,000 with full-time hours and day shifts.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent and a minimum of two (2) years college education in the field of healthcare administration, business management, and/or marketing or public relations related to skilled nursing/long term care.
• Must have a minimum of two (2) years’ experience in a healthcare setting.
• Candidate must have a working clinical knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare industry trends and have demonstrated success with strong sale and marketing skills in post-acute industry.

Responsibilities

• The Hospital Liaison is responsible for managing public relations, marketing, and revenue generation for assigned hospital accounts.
• Identify, assess, and manage customer referrals and ensure market penetration and positive public image.
• Maintain excellent customer service to achieve the Community’s business objectives; monitor referral volume and census trends.

Position Summary:

The Hospital Liaison is primarily responsible performing job duties that relate to the management or general business operations of the Communities, such as public relations, marketing, and revenue generation for the Communities. In addition, the Liaison is responsible for identifying, assessing, and managing customer referrals for their assigned hospital account(s) as well as ensuring appropriate market penetration and a positive public image. The Liaison will primarily work in assigned hospital account(s) daily and regularly be engaged with the Communities the Liaison supports while maintaining excellent customer service to achieve the Community’s business objectives. The success of the Liaison will be measured by referral volume, relationship development, census targets, and census trends.

Education/Qualification:
