Job summary

The Valley Health System is seeking a reliable Hospital Kitchen Aide to maintain kitchen work areas, equipment, and utensils in a busy hospital environment. Duties vary by business needs, with emphasis on safety, sanitation, and teamwork within the nutrition services team.

Education includes a high school diploma or equivalent and an active Southern Nevada Health District Food Handler Safety Training Card. The role requires collaboration with hospital staff and a strong commitment to patient

Qualifications

Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
License/Certification: Southern Nevada Health District Food Handler Safety Training Card.
Must be able to demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide service appropriate to the age of the patients served on the assigned unit/department. Cooperation with hospital staff is required.

Responsibilities

Maintain kitchen work areas, equipment and utensils.
