Job summary

Universal Health Services, through The Valley Health System, seeks a dedicated Utility Worker at West Henderson Hospital in Henderson, NV to maintain kitchen work areas, equipment and utensils and support daily hospital operations.

This full-time, varied shift role requires a high school diploma or equivalent and a current Southern Nevada Health District Food Handler Safety Training Card. You will work with coworkers and hospital staff to ensure safe, efficient service for patients and staff.

Qualifications

• Shift: FULL TIME VARIED
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Current Southern Nevada Health District Food Handler Safety Training Card
• Must be able to demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide service appropriate to the age of the patients served on the assigned unit/department

Responsibilities

• The Utility Worker is responsible for maintaining kitchen work areas, equipment and utensils
• Facility may identify other responsibilities of the position
• Maintains a professional relationship with all coworkers, vendor representatives, supervisors, managers, customers, and client representatives
