Qualifications

• Knowledge of sanitation procedures, including basic food safety.

Responsibilities

• Washes dishes by hand or uses a dishwashing machine.
• Cleans and sanitizes work tables, walls, refrigerators, and meat blocks.
• Sweeps, mops, and vacuums floors; removes trash to designated areas.
• Restocks soaps, towels, and cleaning supplies.
• Assists with set-up and break-down tasks as directed.
• Mobility required for walking and standing during shifts; may lift up to 50 pounds.
