Qualifications

• Previous experience in institutional food service or housekeeping.

• Kitchen Tech Competency required within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Clean/organize dry and cold storage areas and handle food inventories.
• Sweep, mop, and wax floors in kitchens and cafes; ensure safe floors.
• Recycle/trash removal and keep areas clean.
• Preserve cleanliness of production areas including vents and equipment.
• Assist with department tasks and support patient care/cafe stock delivery.
• Assist with carts delivery to patient care areas.
