Job summary

Hutchinson Regional Medical Center is seeking a dedicated Dishwasher for FT shifts from 12 pm to 8:30 pm in Hutchinson, Kansas. You will clean and sanitize dishes, pots, pans, and food prep surfaces, maintaining sanitation standards and safe kitchen operations.

Qualifications

Ability to read and interpret documents in English, such as safety rules and operation instructions.
Capacity to apply common sense understanding and carry out instructions written or oral.

Responsibilities

Scrapes and rinses food from dirty dishes and washes them by hand or using a dishwashing machine.
Washes pots, pans, utensils and trays ensuring cleanliness and sanitation.
Maintains safety and sanitation by following outlined procedures and standards.
Keeps dish area organized and cleans kitchen floors and surfaces.
Transfers supplies between storage and work areas and assists with loading/unloading.
