We seek a high school graduate with 1-3 years of line cooking, 2 years hospital or long-term care food service experience preferred, and the ability to work 18+ and flexible shifts, including every other weekend.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent (required).
• Two years of food service experience in a hospital or long-term care setting (preferred).
• Must be 18 years or older to operate potentially hazardous equipment (required).
• 1-3 years of line cooking and preparation duties (required).
• Experience in both institutional cooking and fine dining (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook a variety of foods according to planned menus and dietary requirements.
• Operate kitchen equipment and maintain cleanliness and sanitation.
• Assist with food storage, inventory, and support special functions.
