Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Cleans and sanitizes trays, dishes and food service areas according to a schedule.
• Receives and stores food and supplies; checks against orders and notes damages.
• Sets up workstation and serves customers; prepares hot and cold items per production sheets.
• Records temperatures and follows food safety standards on a schedule.
• Communicates with cooks and supervisors; performs other duties as assigned.
