Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Food Protection Manager Certification within 90 days of hire.
• Knowledge of therapeutic diets and texture/ liquid modification.
• Knowledge of safe food handling and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve food per recipes, menus, and policies.
• Follow patient diet orders when serving food to patients.
• Maintain clean, safe work environment and proper sanitation.
• Operate equipment safely and according to guidelines.
• Support menu management and tray ticket processes.
