Job summary

WRMC in Mountain View, AR is seeking a Cook-Safety Sensitive to support patient and cafeteria meal service. You will prepare hot and cold foods, follow standardized recipes and production sheets, and assist in menu planning with the Chef.

This full-time role requires reading and following instructions, adhering to sanitation standards, and maintaining a clean prep area. High school diploma preferred, Serve-Safe preferred; training may be provided.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write and perform simple math.
• High School diploma or GED preferred; Serve-Safe certification preferred.
• Experience in foodservice and ability to follow recipes and production sheets.

Responsibilities

• Maintains a clean facility; completes daily cleaning sheets.
• Prepares hot/cold foods and baked items per standardized recipes and production sheets.
• Follows Chef instructions for seasoning, portions, and diet specifications.
• Ensures safe work environment, labeling procedures, and sanitation according to health guidelines.
• Stock management and assisting in catering duties as assigned.
