Responsibilities

• Prepares high-quality food items according to standardized recipes and instructions to meet production, delivery and service schedules.
• Serves meals or prepares for delivery by using correct portioning and temperatures; ensures food is attractive and tasty.
• Maintains high standards of cleanliness; follows safe food-handling procedures and HACCP guidelines.
• Assists in ordering and receiving of all food and supplies; helps with record keeping and reporting as required.
• Ensures proper presentation and serving temperatures; abides by policies and safety guidelines.
