Job summary

Compass Group USA is hiring a full-time COOK at FS St Elizabeth Ascension in Appleton, WI. Shifts include early morning schedules from 5:00 am to 1:30 pm, 6:00 am to 2:30 pm, and 10:30 am to 8:00 pm, with rotating weekends. Prior food service and cooking experience is preferred and a $500 sign-on bonus is offered.

Qualifications

• Previous food service and cooking experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepares high-quality food items according to standardized recipes and instructions to meet production, delivery and service schedules.
• Serves meals or prepares for delivery by using correct portioning and ensuring food is at the correct temperature, attractive and tasty.
• Cleans kitchen after preparation and serving, maintains high standards of cleanliness and safes food handling procedures.
• Maintains refrigerators and storerooms, stores food and supplies per standards.
• Operates and maintains kitchen equipment and assists in ordering and receiving of supplies.
