Qualifications

• Education: High School education or GED preferred with the ability to read and write English, to follow recipes and plan menus.
• Experience: Three years commercial food preparation is desired. Hospital experience is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for proper preparation of patient and cafeteria food service as required by local, state, and federal standards.
• Must adhere to sanitation policies as also required by local, state and federal standards.
