Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook and portion meals according to recipes and dietary requirements.
• Assist with breakfast, lunch and dinner meal prep.
• Follow dietary instructions including modified diets.
• Operate commercial kitchen equipment safely.
• Maintain food temperatures, storage and sanitation.
• Ensure food quality, presentation and consistency.
• Assist with inventory rotation and storage.
• Clean and sanitize equipment, utensils and workstations.
• Follow all food safety and healthcare facility procedures.
• Work with dietary and food service staff for timely meals.
