Job summary

Froedtert Health in Milwaukee, WI, is seeking a full-time on-site Food Service Associate to support hospital guests, staff and patients with retail food and beverages. The role follows standardized recipes and production sheets to ensure quality and portion control.

Working hours are 5:30am to 2:00pm, Shift 1, with 40 hours weekly. Experience is not required, but a background in customer service and healthcare food service is preferred.

Qualifications

• EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: None
• EXPERIENCE PREFERRED: 1 year customer service and 1 year food service in healthcare preferred
• EDUCATION REQUIRED: None
• EDUCATION PREFERRED: High School diploma or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Assist in performing all duties related to retail food and beverage items for visitors, hospital staff and patients.
• Follows standardized recipes and production sheets; assures that food served is in accordance to established standards and procedures.
• Maintains quality standards in presentation and portion control.
• Other duties as assigned.
