Job summary

Froedtert Health is hiring a full-time on-site cook at the Froedtert Men Falls Hospital facility in Menomonee Falls, WI. The role oversees daily production and line cook operations for patient services and retail locations, with focus on food safety, catering support, and production scheduling.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years cooking experience, HS diploma, and Serv Safe certification (or within 1 year). Hospital or large-volume experience is preferred; Word & Excel skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years cooking experience
• HS diploma or equivalent required
• Serv Safe certification required or must be obtained within 1 year
• Hospital or large-volume operations experience preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day production and line cook operations for patient services and retail locations
• Provide insight and fulfillment of catering
• Ensure correct food safety and sanitation procedures are followed
• Prepare and process production sheets, waste logs
• Assist with scheduling for production team
• Other duties as assigned
