Job summary

Avera St Anthony's Hospital in O’Neill, NE seeks a Supply Chain Technician (part-time, PRN). You will ensure accurate receipt, verification, and distribution of medical and non-medical supplies in compliance with policies.

You’ll maintain inventory with cycle counts and support perpetual systems while coordinating with clinical teams to ensure timely availability of critical items. The role involves replenishing par levels, handling urgent requests, and ensuring safety and documentation

Qualifications

• Must have high school or GED equivalent.
• Less than 1 year in inventory control, materials management, or supply chain ops.

Responsibilities

• Creates requisitions to refill par locations and restock shelves.
• Picks and dispenses inventory from ERP via handheld device and delivers within 24–48 hours.
• Conducts regular cycle counts to audit inventory accuracy.
• Receives, unpacks, inspects freight, reconciles packing slips, notes shortages/damages.
• Delivers supplies to departments daily; may create shipping labels for courier.
• Assists with periodic physical inventory counts.
