Qualifications

• Must hold Pharm.D. degree and be licensed as a registered pharmacist in the U.S.
• Unrestricted license in any state is acceptable.
• Minimum 2 years of pharmacy experience required.
• CPR/AED, Clinical Competency Assessment, High-Risk Competency certifications are required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure efficacious, safe, and cost-effective drug therapy and outcomes.
• Prepare and distribute medications according to Federal and State law.
• Provide patient counseling and education to patients and families.
• Advise medical and nursing staff on drug therapy.
• Maintain appropriate drug inventory and participate in quality improvement.
• Document clinical activities accurately and ensure timely prescription verification.
