A healthcare organization is seeking a Maintenance Technician responsible for maintaining and operating HVAC and refrigeration systems. The candidate must develop a preventative maintenance program and manage repairs. A high school diploma, along with State of RI licenses in stationary engineering and refrigeration, is required. The position offers full-time hours with a work schedule from 3:00 P.M. to 11:30 P.M., Monday to Friday.

Qualificações

• Completion of four years of high school with advanced training in maintenance.
• Three years of experience in a skilled trade.
• State of RI Stationary Engineer and Refrigeration license required.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain heating, ventilation, air conditioning, refrigeration, and gas systems.
• Develop and maintain a preventative maintenance program.
• Investigate and repair defects in refrigeration systems.
• Monitor and control performance using computerized systems.
• Maintain inventory of materials and prepare requisitions.
