Qualifications

• Completion of four years of high school with advanced training in maintenance.
• Three years of experience in a skilled trade.
• State of RI Stationary Engineer and Refrigeration license required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain heating, ventilation, air conditioning, refrigeration, and gas systems.
• Develop and maintain a preventative maintenance program.
• Investigate and repair defects in refrigeration systems.
• Monitor and control performance using computerized systems.
• Maintain inventory of materials and prepare requisitions.
