Job summary

Medical City Fort Worth, part of HCA Healthcare, seeks an experienced HVAC Technician to perform preventive and corrective maintenance on industrial HVAC systems across hospital settings. You will test data, ensure equipment efficiency, and maintain thorough records in the centralized CMMS.

Responsibilities include preventive maintenance, coil cleaning, balancing, sensor calibration, and safety inspections, with travel across division facilities as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• 1 year of experience in a commercial, industrial, or healthcare environment required.
• EPA Universal Refrigerant Certification required.
• Valid Driver’s License in good standing required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain chilled water and centralized air handling units through preventive maintenance.
• Perform coil cleanings, filter changes, test and balance, sensor calibrations, UV bulb replacements.
• Belt alignments and replacement, drain pan treatments, damper calibration and repairs, cleaning AHU interior.
• Perform electrical safety inspections.
• Read and comprehend blueprints, specifications and operations manuals.
• Document all work, conditions and labor time using the maintenance system.
