Job summary

The HVAC and Refrigeration Technician role at South Eastern Sydney Local Health District (SESLHD) is responsible for delivering efficient heating, ventilation, air conditioning and refrigeration services across SESLHD facilities. You will address daily operational issues, monitor building controls and ensure safe, compliant performance wherever needed.

Qualifications

• A trade qualification in HVAC/refrigeration with knowledge of relevant Australian Standards.
• Good organisational and time management skills with the ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Proven fault-finding and problem-solving abilities and ability to read plans.
• Experience using building management control systems to monitor, control, fault find and adjust systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide efficient and effective HVAC and refrigeration services across SESLHD facilities.
• Address, maintain and resolve daily operational issues across SESLHD facilities.
• Operate and monitor building management systems to ensure optimal performance and fault resolution.
