Responsibilities

• Prepare reports reflecting activities and evaluate employee performance.
• Report maintenance needs and safety hazards to appropriate personnel.
• Direct safe use of supplies and equipment and coordinate service requests.
• Orient and train new employees in departmental policies and procedures.
• Conduct annual performance appraisals and submit to management.
• Ensure access control for secured medical supply and medication areas.
