Qualifications

• Prior supervisory or management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Directs sanitation and safety of the facility and staff per standards.
• Assigns cleaning tasks and priorities; adjusts for occupancy or emergencies.
• Ensures security of keys.
• Responds to customer needs and resolves concerns.
• Adheres to procedures and expedites workflow for timely service.
• Inspects rooms and stock areas and approves staff performance.
• Reports unsafe conditions and maintenance needs.
• Oversees productivity and manages breaks.
• Participates in onboarding and daily pre-service meetings.
• Operates equipment and chemicals safely.
