Crothall Healthcare, a Compass Group company, is hiring immediately for a full-time Housekeeper Lead at Children’s Hospital of Wisconsin in Milwaukee. You will lead a housekeeping team, supervise and train staff, and ensure cleaning standards align with unit expectations.

Qualifications

• Prior leadership experience required.
• Full-time schedule (Mon-Fri 10:00 am – 6:30 pm).
• Ability to supervise housekeeping staff and ensure standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, train and inspect housekeeping staff to meet unit standards.
• Assist where necessary to ensure optimum service to guests.
• Ensure staff clock in, manage assignments and breaks.
• Maintain equipment and supplies, ensure cleanliness and safety.
• Conduct staff training and promote teamwork and professionalism.
