Job summary

Crothall Healthcare, a Compass Healthcare company, is hiring immediately for a full-time Housekeeper Lead at Marshfield Medical Center in Minocqua, WI. The role leads housekeeping staff, ensures guest satisfaction, and maintains high cleaning standards. Schedule is Monday through Friday, 5:00 pm to 1:30 am, with rotating weekends.

Prior housekeeping experience preferred, and a willingness to train is provided. Pay ranges from $22.00 to $27.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Prior housekeeping experience preferred.
• Experience supervising a team or shift.
• Ability to train and mentor staff.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and inspect housekeeping staff to meet unit standards.
• Coordinate assignments and monitor attendance and breaks.
• Ensure equipment and supplies are well maintained.
• Train staff and uphold cleanliness and service quality.
• Resolve guest concerns and maintain professional conduct.
• Assist as needed to support peak service times.
