• Performs light cleaning duties to maintain facilities in a clean and orderly condition.
• Makes beds and changes linens as required.
• Cleans rooms, halls, and common areas; vacuums and shampoos as needed.
• Dusts, polishes, and cleans fixtures and fittings.
• Responds to guest queries and housekeeping requests.
• Contributes to team efforts and maintains safety and hygiene standards.
