Responsibilities

• Clean assigned areas by washing furnishing, walls, floors and equipment with cleaning solutions and disinfectants.
• Sanitize and polish sinks, mirrors, tubs and equipment; replenish supplies.
• Make beds and collect soiled linen; transport to storage.
• Empty waste baskets and arrange furniture; dispose of trash and infectious waste.
• Clean bathrooms, vacuum, dust, and maintain cleanliness of fixtures and vents.
• Report mechanical failures and safety issues to supervisor.
• Return unused supplies and clean carts at end of shift.
