Job summary

PCSI is seeking a Hospital Housekeeping Aide for the 2nd shift at Evans Army Community Hospital, Fort Carson, CO. The role involves cleaning patient rooms, wards and common areas to deliver high-quality care environments.

Responsibilities include following established cleaning procedures, stocking supplies, and maintaining hygiene standards. Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED and be able to read, write, and understand English; prior housekeeping experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine housekeeping to keep assigned locations clean.
• Adhere to cleaning procedures per hospital standards (AHA/Joint Commission).
• Prepare and supply patient rooms, wards, lounges, laboratories, bathrooms, offices and other areas.
• Sweep, mop floors and operate buffers if needed.
• Dust furniture, walls, windows and fixtures; clean doors and equipment.
• Remove trash and recyclables and replenish dispensers as required.
