Job summary

PCSI is seeking a Hospital Housekeeping Aide at Tooele Army Depot to deliver the highest quality cleaning services for patients and staff. The role reports to the Shift Supervisor and is based at Evans Army Community Hospital at Fort Carson, CO.

Typical hours are 1st shift, 6:30 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Thursday. Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED, be able to read/write English, and lift up to 60 pounds as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior housekeeping experience preferred.
• Must be able to read, write, and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine housekeeping to keep assigned locations clean.
• Follow cleaning procedures per hospital standards.
• Mix chemicals safely and prepare cleaning solutions.
• Clean patient rooms, wards, lounges, and offices.
• Sweep, mop, and, when needed, operate a buffer or blower.
• Move and dust furniture; assist with supplies and waste disposal.
• Clean walls, windows, and fixtures; stock dispensers as needed.
• Ensure safety, follow MSDS, and maintain equipment.
