Job summary

Wesley Medical Center, part of HCA Healthcare, seeks a Hospital Housekeeper PRN to maintain clean clinical and non-clinical areas in accordance with policy. You will adhere to safety rules and environmental guidelines, supporting a high standard of patient care.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent and at least 1 year of healthcare or housekeeping experience. This PRN role offers flexibility in a busy hospital environment in Wichita, Kansas.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or Equivalent preferred.
• 1+ years of experience in healthcare preferred.
• 1+ years of experience in housekeeping or service-related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Clean clinical and non-clinical areas of the facility per policy.
• Adhere to safety and sanitation policies.
• Follow storage and disposal procedures for RMW, Hazmat, waste and linen.
• Maintain Environmental Service uniform and personal appearance standards.
• Report hazards and unsafe conditions.

Job Summary and Qualifications

Responsible for cleaning clinical and non-clinical areas of the facility in accordance with departmental and hospital policy. Will also perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Adhere to safety and sanitation policies.

Adhere to storage, handling and disposal of RMW, Hazmat, solid waste and linen.

Maintain and adhere to Environmental Service uniform and personal appearance standards at all time

Report all hazards and unsafe work conditions.

What qualifications you will need:

High School Graduate or Equivalent preferred

1 + years of experience in healthcare preferred

1 + years of experience in housekeeping or service-related field preferred
