Crothall Healthcare, a Compass Group company, is hiring for a full-time housekeeper at Inova Loudoun Hospital in Leesburg, VA. Shifts run 6:00 am–2:30 pm or 2:00 pm–10:30 pm, with a requirement for prior housekeeping experience or willingness to train.

Responsibilities include light cleaning, bed making, linen replenishment, trash disposal, and responding to guest requests. The role emphasizes customer service, safety, and teamwork within a hospital environment.

Qualifications

• Prior housekeeping experience preferred; willing to train.
• Ability to perform light cleaning duties across hospitals, hotels and related facilities.
• Availability for full-time schedule, Monday through Friday.

Responsabilités

• Perform light cleaning to maintain establishments including beds, linens, rooms, and halls.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust and polish floors and fixtures.
• Respond to guest queries and housekeeping requests.
• Disposes of trash and cleans wash basins, mirrors and surfaces.
• Maintain professional conduct with customers and team.
