Crothall Healthcare, a Compass Healthcare company, is hiring immediately for a full-time Housekeeper Lead at Inova Alexandria Hospital in Alexandria, VA. The position supervises and trains housekeeping staff to meet unit standards, inspects work areas for cleanliness, coordinates breaks and assignments, and addresses guest concerns to ensure satisfaction.

Schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:00 am to 3:30 pm, with rotating weekends and holidays.

Competenze

• Previous housekeeping experience preferred.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office required.

Mansioni

• Supervises housekeeping staff to unit standards.
• Inspets areas for cleanliness and service quality.
• Coordinates staff breaks and shift assignments.
• Documents attendance and shift coverage.
• Addresses guest complaints to ensure satisfaction.
