Xanitos, Inc. is hiring full-time Hospital Housekeepers at Valleywise Behavioral Health Maryvale in Phoenix, AZ. The role focuses on cleaning patient areas and public spaces within healthcare settings according to established standards.

Hourly pay is $16.00 with a tentative schedule 7:30AM - 3:30PM. Candidates must be available on weekends and holidays and pass post-offer medical and background screenings.

Formación

• Experience in janitorial industry preferred.
• Medical environment cleaning a plus.
• Post-Offer Medical, Background Screening and Drug Test required.
• High school diploma or GED; or equivalent.
• Ability to follow basic written and verbal instructions in English.
• Annual influenza vaccination is a condition of employment unless exemption is granted.

Responsabilidades

• Cleans and polishes lighting fixtures, marble surfaces, and trim.
• Cleans rooms, hallways, lobbies, restrooms, corridors, elevators, stairways, locker rooms, and other work areas.
• Sweeps and/or vacuums floor.
• Dusts furniture and equipment.
• Polishes metalwork.
• Washes walls, ceiling, and woodwork, windows, door panels, and sills.
• Empties wastebasket and transports trash to disposal area.
• Replenishes bathroom supplies.
• Transports small equipment or tools between departments.

Job Overview

The Environmental Service Hospital Housekeepers may work in any location on client premises. This individual cleans and keeps in an orderly condition facilities or locations in a health care campus. The general responsibilities of the position include those listed below, but Xanitos may identify other responsibilities of the position. These responsibilities may differ among accounts, depending on business necessities, client requirements and applicable industry standards.

Daily Responsibilities

• Cleans and polishes lighting fixtures, marble surfaces, and trim.
