Xanitos, Inc is hiring Hospital Floor Techs for Valleywise BHC - Maryvale, AZ. The 1st Shift runs 7:00am-3:30pm with an hourly pay rate of $17-20. This on-site role requires a High School Diploma or GED, 3-5 years floor tech experience, and the ability to pass post-offer medical and background screening.

Xanitos is hiring Hospital Floor Techs for all shifts at Valleywise BHC- Maryvale, AZ.

• 1st Shift Schedule: 7:00am- 3:30pm
• Hourly Pay Rate: $17- $20
• Available to work weekends and Holidays.

Job Overview:

Floor Techs may work in any location on client premises. This individual cleans and keeps in an orderly condition facilities or locations in a health care campus. The general responsibilities of the position include those listed below, but Xanitos may identify other responsibilities of the position. These responsibilities may differ among accounts, depending on business necessities, client requirements and applicable industry standards.

Daily Responsibilities:

• Monitors assigned areas and corridors for cups, Spills, paper and debris.
• Cleans all corners, edges and baseboards in the assigned areas.
• Dust mop all the hard floor areas, cleaning behind doors and moving objects in the floor area that are movable.
• Remove all marks/scuffs on the floor.
• Damp mop floors with the proper assigned cleaning chemical or use scrubbing machine.

Project Work:

• Utilizes floor machines for project work as assigned.
• Burnishes floors using a high-speed floor machine as directed.
• Scrubs floors and strips floors as needed or assigned.
• May perform "Area Cleaner" job duties.
• Performs related work as required.

Job Qualifications:

• Required Flu Shot
• Experience in the janitorial industry a plus
• 3-5 years of Floor Tech experience
• Medical cleaning a plus
• Post-Offer Medical, Background Screening and Drug Test required
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or equivalent required.
