Xanitos, Inc. is hiring for Environmental Service Hospital Housekeepers on the 2nd shift in Mesa, AZ. The role involves cleaning patient areas and facilities on client premises to maintain a clean, orderly health care environment.

Duties include cleaning rooms, hallways, restrooms, and common areas; handling trash and waste disposal; replenishing supplies; and transporting small equipment between departments. Full-time position with weekend/holiday rotation.

Qualifications

• Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 as a condition of employment.
• Experience in the janitorial industry is a plus; medical cleaning is a plus.
• Post-offer medical, background screening and drug test required; high school diploma or GED or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Cleans and polishes lighting fixtures, marble surfaces, and trim.
• Cleans rooms, hallways, lobbies, lounges, restrooms, corridors, elevators, stairways, locker rooms, and other work areas.
• Sweeps and/or vacuums floor.
• Dusts furniture and equipment.
• Polishes metalwork.
• Washes walls, ceiling, and woodwork, windows, door panels, and sills.
• Empties wastebasket and transports trash and waste to disposal area.
• Replenishes bathroom supplies.
• Transports small equipment or tools between departments.

Xanitos is hiring full time Environmental Service Hospital Housekeepers for 2nd Shift at Valleywise Desert Vista BHC- Mesa, AZ.

• Hourly Pay Rate: $16.00
• Hours: 3:00PM- 11:30PM
• Includes every other weekend/holiday

Job Overview:

The Environmental Service Hospital Housekeepers may work in any location on client premises. This individual cleans and keeps in an orderly condition facilities or locations in a health care campus. The general responsibilities of the position include those listed below, but Xanitos may identify other responsibilities of the position. These responsibilities may differ among accounts, depending on business necessities, client requirements and applicable industry standards.
