Job Summary

Baptist is looking to add a Hospital Housekeeper at Baptist Medical Center to join our Environmental Services team. The Hospital Housekeeper is responsible for maintaining a safe and healthy environment for our patients, visitors, and staff.

Shift Details: PRN (as needed by department) 9:00 AM - 2:00 PM (rotating weekends and holidays are required)

Location: Baptist Beaches

Hospital Housekeeper General Responsibilities

• Performs a variety of cleaning duties as assigned, including janitorial and custodial services.
• Sweeps, mops, dusts, and sanitizes various areas including offices, bathrooms, patient rooms, non-patient areas, procedure rooms, and waiting areas.
• Maintains all cleaning supplies in accordance with OSHA requirements.
• Maintains a friendly and professional attitude.
• Follows safety and security protocols.
• Performs other duties as required.
