Job summary

HCA Healthcare Trident Hospital is seeking a Hospital Housekeeper to maintain cleanliness in clinical and non-clinical areas in alignment with hospital policy. You will also perform duties as assigned by the supervisor and adhere to safety guidelines.

The position requires minimal high school education and preference for 1+ years in healthcare and cleaning service roles. Beneficiary programs include health coverage and retirement options as part of a comprehensive rewards package.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or Equivalent preferred.
• 1+ years of experience in healthcare preferred.
• 1+ years of experience in housekeeping or service-related field preferred.

• Clean clinical and non-clinical areas per policy.

• Handle storage, disposal of RMW, Hazmat, waste and linen per rules.
• Maintain Environmental Service uniform and personal appearance.

Job Summary and Qualifications

• Responsible for cleaning clinical and non-clinical areas of the facility in accordance with departmental and hospital policy. Will also perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
• Adhere to safety and sanitation policies.
• Adhere to storage, handling and disposal of RMW, Hazmat, solid waste and linen.
• Maintain and adhere to Environmental Service uniform and personal appearance standards at all time
• Report all hazards and unsafe work conditions.

What qualifications you will need:

• High School Graduate or Equivalent preferred
• 1 + years of experience in healthcare preferred
• 1 + years of experience in housekeeping or service-related field preferred
