Join our team and play a vital role in enhancing the hospital experience for patients, visitors, and staff. As a Hospitality Associate, you'll deliver exceptional customer service, ensure a welcoming atmosphere, and contribute to maintaining a safe and secure environment.

Responsibilities

  • Warm Welcomes: Greet all guests warmly with a friendly smile and positive demeanor.
  • Patient and Visitor Support: Provide clear directions, answer inquiries, and assist with navigating the hospital.
  • Security and Access Control: Screen visitors, enforce hospital policies, and uphold security protocols.
  • Communication Hub: Manage phone calls, operate paging systems, and facilitate connections between visitors and staff.
  • Patient Care Support: Retrieve wheelchairs, promptly deliver gifts, and notify nursing staff of patient needs.
  • Administrative Tasks: Assist house supervisors with various administrative duties as needed.

Qualifications
